About Jess

Where faith meets the arts.

Jess is a filmmaker, photographer, musician and the founder of Renaissance Canada, a mission to reach artists and restore culture. For years she served the local church as a creative pastor, and she has carried one question with her ever since: how do we care for our artists?

She speaks and teaches where faith, theology and the arts meet, helping churches move toward a theology of beauty and equipping creative people to flourish as whole people. She holds a Bachelor of Theology and is currently completing a Master of Arts in Theological Studies at Briercrest Seminary.
